My new dollar sizzler with unlimited potential is PRHL – Premier Holding Corp.
PRHL’s current subsidiary that’s causing a stir and is filled with potential is called WEPOWER.
About WEPOWER Ecolutions Inc.
WEPOWER is a U.S. energy service company (ESCO) based in the Los Angeles area that offers renewable energy production, energy efficiency products and services to commercial middle-market companies, Fortune 500 brands, developers and management companies of large-scale residential developments. WEPOWER’s core business delivers green solutions, branded specifically as WEPOWER “ecolutions,” which include best-of-class alternative energy technology portfolio in wind turbines, solar PV power systems, green roofs, smart lighting controls, LED lighting, refrigeration systems and filters, battery storage systems, eco-friendly HVAC motors, energy and power control management systems, fuel reduction solutions for transportation and other clean technologies specific to its markets. When an early-stage company begins offering effective green energy solutions to major companies, word can get out fast. With some VERY major corporations loving their products, PRHL could become a very hot alert that could even possibly turn into MORE than just a 1 day play.
Their news flow is ridiculous. It’s unbelievably strong, and they seem to come out with big announcements with extremely high frequency. Take a look at their headlines here:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/h?s=PRHL+Headlines
Just an example, some of their recent headlines are:
“Sales and Marketing Agreement with The Power Company (Has serviced/consulted for The City of Dallas, Mercedes Dealerships, McDonalds, etc)”
“Receives over $500k in investments from Accredited Investors”
“Working with Best Buy to Make the World a Greener Place”
“Provides Dreyer’s Ice Cream with up to 32% Energy Savings”
Those are just a FEW of the many recent news announcements from PRHL. Check them all out at the link above and you’ll see it’s extremely impressive. It seems PRHL definitely has the fuel it needs to propel itself far above $1.
I’ve heard a lot of rumors about this one. Rumors of “hard mailers”, extensive promotion to investors, etc. Many times these rumors turn out to be false, so I’m always very skeptical. However if they do by some chance happen to be true, there could be huge things in store for PRHL which would likely translate into major upward moves from the current share price.
But the reason I like PRHL is it has lots of things going on that could cause the share price to go insane that are not related to hype and promotion.
Plus it’s a stock trading at about $1. While I love the dirt cheap plays as well, there are countless traders out there who like small and microcap-companies, but only dabble in those trading at $1 or above. That could attract some serious “big money” players over the long term if PRHL comes out with exciting news.
I was hoping by some chance we would get a pullback to below $1 to allow for a lower entry point but didn’t think that would happen. Fortune seems to have smiled on us today. PRHL pulled back from $1 to close at .86! That offers us a substantially better entry point. Since it was a very small volume pullback on less than $40,000 traded, I think this is a very positive thing since now we have a more attractive entry. (Still though, use caution and make sure we see a nice strong bounce to confirm that PRHL is in blast-off mode tomorrow)
But enough about that, let’s get to the “meat” behind the potential profits.
PRHL has announced the acquisition of its WEPOWERTM brand, made important new management additions, and showcased its eco solutions being adopted by the likes of Disney, the City of Anaheim and Nestlé’s Dreyer’s Brand facilities, to name a few.
Here are the details about what PRHL actually does and how it works.
PRHL is a green technology development company focused on delivering clean alternative energy solutions. These include wind, solar, lighting, design efficiencies, structural, led, intelligent controls and a host of sustainable solutions the company refers to as “Ecolutions.”
Its flagship WEPOWERTM brands are recognized as industry leading clean energy solutions and have been in use for several years.
WEPOWER Ecolutions is a U.S. energy service company based in the Los Angeles area, that offers renewable energy production and energy efficiency products and services to commercial middle market companies, Fortune 500 brands, developers and management companies of large scale residential developments.
WEPOWER’s business is focused as an integrator of clean technology solutions in the U.S., with strategic expansion plans in Latin America, Asia and Europe. Its core business expects to deliver green energy solutions, branded specifically as WEPOWER “ecolutions,” which include best-of-class alternative energy technology portfolio in wind turbines, solar power systems, green roofs, smart lighting controls, LED lighting, battery storage power plants, energy and power control management systems, fuel reduction solutions for transportation and other clean technologies specific to its market.
Additional integrated business offerings will include direct energy services as power purchase agreements (PPAs), energy financing and leasing of solar and wind-powered generation programs in urban and rural real estate environments.
Wall Street is notoriously slow to recognize innovations in the green energy sector. It took years for them to catch on to conventional wind, but now alternative energy is a serious part of the energy market.
By bringing together existing technologies and offering a suite of eco solutions, PRHL has managed to build a powerful revenue model that taps several lucrative markets at once. In the next phase, PRHL plans to develop and execute on its WEPOWERTM contracts, attract major new clients and kick the multiple revenue streams that it now has available into high gear.
What I like the most is with the small size of PRHL, it only takes one major contract in one market segment to make a company the size of PRHL’s share price explode from the current level.
PRHL is shifting from market entry to carrying out installations and executing its eco-solutions. Alternative or “green” energy is still a huge priority for governments and utilities around the world. This is the turning point phase where often companies can see their largest increases in share price.
Success on just one project, like its newly announced distribution to China or expansion into Brazil, has the potential to create a huge revenue source for PRHL and in turn, deliver some monster gains. Even solid news of successful installations cause quite a pop.
Here is some info on PRHL’s specific WEPOWER products:
Falcon – Vertical Axis Wind Generator
The Falcon vertical axis turbine offers the ability for clean wind energy production at the individual or household scale.
WEPOWER’s Falcon Vertical Axis Wind Turbines are the perfect way for families to reduce their energy bills. The 18′ and 30′ systems are designed to be practical. Not only are they vibration, noise and virtually maintenance free, the systems are also environmentally friendly and pleasing to the eye.
Seahawk – Vertical Axis Wind Generator
The SeaHawk vertical axis turbine system is a state of the art small generator designed to provide renewable energy for any number of power needs in urban, suburban, and rural areas.
The SeaHawk reduces energy costs through efficient renewable power generation, and it’s also maintenance free and operates silently.
The Falcon turbines systems can be used for Battery Charging Stations, Emergency Back-up Power Units, Special Event Marketing, Military Operations in the Field, Remote Locations to provide Direct Energy Power, Land and at Sea Oil Rigs, Municipalities, Commercial Building Rooftops, Outdoor Advertising Billboards and many other applications.
You can see pics, YouTube videos, etc to get a real idea of how these products look and how they work here:
www.wepowereco.com
President Obama and members of his staff have suggested that a potential solution for energy independence from the Middle East, environmental problems, AND the economy is for people to generate their own power, in their own backyards. From there, the President has even suggested regular consumers like you and me can not only generate our own clean energy, but sell any excess energy BACK into the grid…like having your own small business.
That would mean not only would families be able to create their own energy at no cost or a low cost, they could actually MAKE money from doing it by selling energy back into the system.
Here is a very good example of how WEPOWER saves money, and how it could set PRHL on fire. Case in point: Nestlé’s Dryer Ice Cream Facility
WEPOWER was able to provide Dryer’s freezer divisions with Active ES; a versatile, low cost, highly effective, easy to install lighting ecolution that has been proven in the green marketplace for nearly 20 years.
After carrying out installations, Nestle facilities documented average energy savings at 20% in Colorado Springs, CO, 27% energy savings in Manteca, CA and 32% energy savings at the City of Industry distribution centers, with an aggregate energy savings of $100,597 per year.
Additional rebates were also identified due to the decreased refrigeration load caused by the reduction in heat dissipation from the newly controlled lamp systems integrated under the WEPOWER solution.
This contract shows just one single success by PRHL, but is a great example of PRHL’s power to grab business from huge brand names like Nestle, and to actually DELIVER what a big client wants…savings.
Large, well-known national companies such as Best Buy have begun adopting the WEPOWER solutions.
I believe this is a very hot scenario, but as always be careful and make sure the stock trades the way a stock in a “hot” scenario should trade.
** Remember that every single alert I send is very volatile and risky. Any one of them could turn into a big loser. In my personal opinion, no matter how much potential any company has, 99% of the time all that matters is HOW THE STOCK TRADES. If a stock doesn’t trade well, nothing else matters. Don’t believe the hype. Be sure to use a tight stop, book profits quickly on these volatile trades, never let any one trade move too far against you, watch out for gaps, make sure the stock is trading in a healthy way before you enter, and monitor it closely to make sure momentum is positive. It’s always safest to book profits quickly, even on alerts with long-term potential. (Amateur biased unlicensed opinions) **
There is also a killer CEO behind the company. Kevin Donovan is a chief strategist and master brand architect with over 25 years of leadership across key industries, working closely with Fortune 500 brands. As Director of Brand Image for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympics, the Donovan Monster created one of the most successful Olympic games in revenue, ticket sales, licensing, sponsorship and broadcast viewership with his former management team.
Kevin Donovan is the driving force behind PRHL and WEPOWER.
PRHL has already gained entry to the market by tapping into major companies and proving its technology. Its WEPOWER brand products are already in use by Disney, Best Buy, The City Of Anaheim and many other leading corporations and facilities.
Out of all the companies I have alerted recently, NONE have as much exciting news as PRHL.
Keep your eyes glued to PRHL tomorrow, if all goes well we could see one of the most compelling alerts yet.
