Wow what a day we had with UNLA, we’re back in action!

UNLA soared as high as .0219, which is not bad considering it closed at HALF of a cent yesterday.

UNLA was up as much as about 300% by 10am today, peaking 30 minutes after the open…but closing not too far from the high of the day as well. That allowed for incredible “real” profit potential.

Today’s gap wasn’t too bad (.0083), allowing a TRUE POSSIBLE massive whopper of a 164% gain…over the day’s open of .0083!

UNLA closed today at .0185, up over 236%…making UNLA at the close the #1 Gainer in the Entire Market.

Today was a great day of TRUE possible profits. With a close (NOT the high of the day) that was still 123% over the day’s open, UNLA was more full of TRUE profit potential than anything we’ve seen in a while.

The only thing that has come close to today is the multi-day gain on XUII, which by the way has been down over the past few days just like I predicted. I also predicted, eventually, it would make new higher highs after this pullback. Was this the perfect time to get in before new highs? We’ll find out soon enough.

UNLA had a sizzling day in the past couple weeks, but UNLA traded MUCH better today than it did on its prior active day. Take a look:

Last time UNLA gapped up and closed BELOW the open. It hit a higher high than we saw today, but today offered infinitely more REAL profit potential.

Look at that near-perfect candlestick.

Today’s open was the LOW, and the close was very close the high! That’s quite near a perfect trading day, with multiple triple digit gain opportunities peppered around everywhere!

Hope you booked some INSANE profits on today’s hottest stock, the #1 gainer in the ENTIRE market, UNLA.

Take just a quick a moment to read about the services and products UNLA and their subsidiaries offer, as described on their site.

Telava Wireless

Since 2006, Telava Wireless, Inc. engages in the ownership, management and development of its fully-owned carrier-grade microwave towers in the United States nationwide. We are a host service provider offering leased space for customer’s servers within a professionally run data center, along with the necessary IP, bandwidth and server power.
Telava Mobile

Telava Mobile is a smarter way to stay connected without pushy contracts, hidden charges or intrusive credit checks. However, you still get all the benefits that a post-paid plan has to offer – like 30 days of unlimited talk, text and data service. Just pay in advance so you don’t have to worry about additional usage minutes, roaming charges or lingering surprise phone bills. We don’t charge for extras like the big giants to cover their large spending overhead. Instead, we prefer our business model – we keep things simple and pass the savings on to you, while you stay connected to everything and everyone – all the time.

IP Phone Service

Telava is a trusted business communications and network solutions provider, also delivering broadband internet services designed especially for medium –enterprise business needs. We offer broadband internet for voice with various types of speed, performance and security depending on your business needs.

UNLA is offering incredible products and services to businesses. The stock is priced at under a penny and I believe with the explosiveness we have at hand…that it will not remain at these low levels for long.

Big numbers too according to their most recent Financial Reports filed on April 15th 2013……. Let me give you some of the numbers on there and a full link to their report.

The financials of UNLA are incredible for the current share price. The company had reported revenue of $3.1 million in 2012 and Gross Profits of $1.44 million! With a market cap of under $500k and a tiny float this pick could be the winner we all have been waiting for.

Here is the link to the full financial report they posted on April 15th: http://biz.yahoo.com/e/130416/unla10-k.html

This company owns the patents on some truly amazing technologies, yet it’s dirt cheap.

Best of all, just a few weeks ago…on just a couple hundred thousand dollars in volume UNLA blasted off almost 600%, from .0065 to .045!

That shows that UNLA can really move when volume comes in.

Of course all that volatility also brings risk, so be sure to trade with caution.

** Any alert I send out could cause a total loss. In my personal opinion, no matter how much potential any company has, 99% of the time all that matters is HOW THE STOCK TRADES. If a stock doesn’t trade well, nothing else matters. Don’t believe the hype out there, especially not the hype from me…the trading action tells the real story. Be sure to use a tight stop, book profits when they become available, never let any one trade move too far against you, watch out for gaps, make sure the stock is trading in a healthy way before you enter, and monitor it closely to make sure momentum is positive. (Amateur biased unlicensed opinions) **

If UNLA can rip for 600% when a few traders take notice of it, imagine what will happen when I release this to hundreds of thousands of penny traders.

I believe UNLA could catch on in the coming days and become the most talked about and most promoted stock in the market, watch this beauty like a hawk today and all week long!

DailyPennyStocks.com is not a licensed financial advisor. This is a paid advertisement, not a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities.

Wow!!

Just know one thing, your main man over here, DARTH…brought XUII to you FIRST. Not just “first,” but wayyy before the big players started talking about it. TWO weeks before.

First, before we talk about the spectacular update I have for you, let’s get the bad (or at least mediocre) news out of the way first.

Today’s alert gapped too much and wasn’t really playable as a “buy at the open” kind of trade in my personal opinion, but it gave off FANTASTIC day-trading action. There were a ton of promoters on it, but volume was still pretty small, so I think most of you guys on my email list saw what the situation was and decided to pass on this one…but let’s recap in more detail.

I think it actually was a very tradeable day with some serious potential, but the trading patterns were definitely suited to experienced traders. That’s exactly what I said in my preview emails about this one, that these kinds of IPO-style trades are only good for experienced traders and are NOT for rookies.

It popped as much as 90% at the high and closed up 35%, but the way it traded in my opinion made it one that was best suited purely for day-trading.

What I really liked though were the ups and downs. The volatility that made flippers some serious profits all day long.

For instance, at the morning pullback it went as low as .14 and then rallied back to .188 about 30 minutes later for a 34% move.

Then we saw plenty more dips to .14, only to see ANOTHER rally to .185 for a 32% move.

Overall though, since there were so many newsletters covering it, word must have gotten out early which caused a large gap so nobody could really get in at the 10 cent level. I called it a “bonus” for a reason…it was a heavily promoted situation that came up at the last minute. Knowing it was a brand new reverse merger IPO-style Day setup for Monday, combined with huge promo coverage…it was a strong enough opportunity (not to mention EXTREMELY rare) that I definitely felt I had to put it in front of you, but it wasn’t a “pick” I hand selected myself.

I got some good feedback, so I hope you liked it. If you didn’t, I strongly believe you’ll be far more amazed by the next one. I have some hand selected picks that I’m very confident in, which I will deliver soon.

Now let’s talk about something else…

…About how not only did I put XUII in front of you 2 weeks ago at a MUCH lower price, but I CALLED XUII’s performance and timing to perfection.

I also labeled XUII an “IPO-style Bonus Play,” since it had virtually the EXACT same setup as the alert I put out today. Obviously XUII was the better of the two. Sometimes they’re a single, sometimes they’re a strike-out and sometimes they’re a GRAND SLAM.

I said XUII had medium-term potential as it was likely to be promoted extensively, for an extended period of time. But I also said, most of its initial potential would be purely on DAY ONE!

Let’s look at the chart:

As I said, XUII had a spectacular Day One. It was alerted at .10, and went over .30, for gains of over 200%!

However, after my alert the opening trade was a gap up to .15, which means the real possible max gain was 100%…still nothing to sneeze at.

As predicted, XUII had a great Day One, but proceeded to fall for the next WEEK straight!

During this time though, I continued to KEEP XUII in front of you by bragging about its success in virtually every email I’ve sent out since that time!

In my initial email I said, despite the potential of Day One…that “This one could go on and on for a while…”

Well, there was a massive catalyst of promo power today that pushed XUII to both a new all-time high, as well as amazing volume. We’re talking $64 million in trading volume today, by far the biggest dollar volume in today’s market.

This breakout has re-ignited XUII and, while it’s always the safest thing to cash out your monster profit while it’s available (before it disappears like it ALWAYS will if you wait too long)…I now think XUII’s re-ignition could cause a similar effect to what we just saw. What that means is today was another Day One, but on a whole new level of power and volume.

Now we may see another pullback within the next few days which could last a little while, followed by further rallies to new highs.

Again, you never know and it’s safest to cash out sooner rather than later. But I believe the odds are, sooner or later, XUII will break out above today’s high of .42 and could reach .50, $1, maybe even run towards $2.

Remember, this is a stock your main man over here told you about TWO WEEKS AGO when it was at .10!

If you guys got in at the .15 level or so, you must be thrilled today

Congratulations on XUII. Don’t forget who told you (for free) about the most AWESOME pick in town two weeks before it came out to the general public.

Keep your eyes on XUII in the weeks to come, and be ready for another “old school” fast moving sizzler coming soon…

My Super Promoted IPO-style Bonus Play is CLGZF – Prairie Oil Field Services (Hutech 21 will show as the name on most sites since “IPO” reverse merger just happened)

About Prairie Oil Field Services Ltd.

Established in 1996, Prairie Oil Field mines, manufactures, transports and supplies quality crushed gravel and clay sand, along with expert staffing and equipment, including gravel truckers, excavators, pickers and loaders in various sizes. Headquartered in Rathwell, Manitoba, the Company serves South Central Canada’s construction industry. In addition, the Company has a number of municipal contracts through the Government of Canada’s Federal Emergency Management Response System and other departments.

For more information on the Company, please visit http://www.hutech21coltd.com/.

The company announced Friday AFTER THE CLOSE that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Prairie Oil Field Services Ltd. (“Prairie Oil Field” or “the Company”), a mining, manufacturer and distributor of crushed gravel and sand in North America. As of this transaction, Hutech21 Co. Ltd. will effectively do business as Prairie Oil Field Services Ltd., with an official corporate name change to be announced separately.

Prairie Oil Field primarily serves municipalities and commercial clients, aiding in their renovations, new construction and disaster recovery services, in South Central Canada. Darcy R. Hird, President and CEO of Prairie Oil Field, commented, “Severe flooding along the Red River in April 2011, which affected Manitoba in Canada, as well as North Dakota and Minnesota in the United States, has created strong and ongoing demand for our gravel and natural disaster services. In 2013, we continue to rebuild rural communities whose outdated infrastructure was hit the hardest. Prairie Oil Field also was awarded a number of contracts from the Government of Canada Emergency Management Response System to provide services to municipalities in Manitoba. In addition to these sales, we have a pipeline of commercial projects that will coincide with the summer construction boom.”

“With many growth factors at play, we are very excited to become a publicly traded company. Additional capital raised will be used to grow both organically and through acquisitions. I look forward to updating our shareholders frequently on our progress and upcoming milestones in the near future,” concluded Mr. Hird.

This is an EXTREMELY exciting opportunity in my opinion…

The best part is the company is telling a story that will sell. The kind of story that I believe will sell stock to investors, and create an extremely profitable wave of trading that could push CLGZF to the next level.

To offer this kind of potential, a stock has to be VERY volatile. That’s a good thing, but it also brings very high risk. So…be sure to trade with extreme caution today.

** Any alert I send out could turn into a big loser.

Okay guys, this is it. It could be big!

IPO action is wild and crazy and not for rookies or those who can’t handle MAJOR volatility.

We could be in for some crazy action, so only the BEST should think about pulling the trigger on this wild beast.

The market is red hot right now, and “IPO fever” is everywhere. Penny traders specifically are foaming at the mouth for a crack at brand new freshly reverse merged companies. But they only come along every once in a while. That’s why, despite the fact that I have some extremely excellent plays in the hopper, waiting on the perfect moment…I absolutely HAD to stop and drop everything else to put the latest IPO-style situation in front of you guys.

CLGZF just announced their reverse merger after Friday’s close, which makes today somewhat similar to an “IPO day” for them. Traders are DYING for these rare situations!

They’re rare. They’re full of potential. I’ve been waiting a loooong time for the next one. But I never expected it would come combined with a huge promotion to get the attention of virtually EVER trader out there…

Grab on and don’t let go, CLGZF is going to be in the spotlight and could catch FIRE!

We have been compensated one hundred thousand dollars cash via bank wire to conduct investor relations advertising and marketing for CLGZF by a third party, StockMister LLC. This compensation is a major conflict of interest in our ability to be unbiased regarding CLGZF. Therefore, this communication should be viewed as a commercial advertisement only. We have not investigated the background of the third party or parties. The third party, profiled company, or affiliates of either, has likely hired Focus Media because the party would like to liquidate a large amount of shares of the profiled company at or near the time you receive this communication, which has the potential to hurt share prices.

Good morning! I got a ton of emails from traders who are going wild with cases of IPO FEVER!

I hope everyone is ready, because I have a BRAND NEW (it couldn’t possibly be any fresher) IPO-style alert coming for TODAY’S open!

This one could be the stock EVERYONE is talking about.

Why?

Because this stock has ALL of the “real” most important factors that often lead to some of the biggest and most impressive rallies we EVER see…

This company literally is just commencing trading TODAY, doing the penny markets version of an IPO (which is a reverse merger, NOT literally a real “IPO”)!

TODAY is everyone’s first chance to trade this company!

IPO! IPO! IPO!

But that’s just the first part of a two part equation that can often add up to a triple digit rally…or more.

Not only is today the first day this company is going to start trading, but it’s ALSO going to be heavily PROMOTED today as well.

Remember how on XUII I told you guys how I knew there was going to be a ton of promotional activity on a certain day, and that I would give you the ticker symbol on that day? (And it gave us a 200% gain that day)

Once again we have a heavily promoted situation, only this time…it’s combined with an IPO-style day!

Just like a real IPO, when a new company commences trading for the first day, volatility could get to be EXTREME! That’s a good thing that could lead to huge profits, but be sure to use caution and make absolutely sure things look positive because volatility can go against you just like it can go in your favor.

It’s an interesting stock that’s very “marketable” to investors and traders, and a LOT of newsletters are going to be covering it…all TODAY.

Get this, today’s alert even has a virtually identical share pricing structure to XUII’s pre-alert structure, with one major difference, today’s alert has an INFINITELY SMALLER Market-cap, and outstanding share count.

(XUII’s performance in no way predicts future performance of any alert)

A virtually identical situation in regards to the trading setup, but with a market-cap ONE TENTH the size, and an outstanding share count ONE FIFTH the amount.

Mathematically speaking, my upcoming alert is 5-10x as explosive with profit potential as XUII!

My New Outrageous *BONUS*IPO-Style Promo Powered Play be posted at 9:30am EST TODAY here at this link: http://www.dailypennystocks.com/category/daily-penny-stocks-blog/

Hello everyone, Happy Friday.

As I had mentioned in my last email, in addition to having a few pans on the fryer waiting to be cooked up, I’ve been scanning the market for some brand new plays that are just hitting my radar screen right now. Rumors that are just starting to spread…

Remember how on XUII I told you guys how I knew there was going to be a ton of promotional activity on a certain day, and that I would give you the ticker symbol on that day? (And it worked out pretty well, with a 200% gain if you’ll recall)

Well I’m not trying to ride the glory of that recent winner for an excessive amount of time by bragging about it again just now. I’m actually bringing it up for a truly relevant reason…

I know about ANOTHER XUII type of situation, and it’s going down this Monday.

It’s an interesting stock that’s very “marketable” to investors and traders, and a LOT of newsletters are going to be covering it…all on Monday. There might be other newsletters covering it in the days following that, or some of the newsletters covering it on Monday could potentially try to make it a multi-day play. But once again, just like on XUII, I’m going to keep it 100% real with you and tell you that I think most of the REAL potential is on Day One!

(Of course, XUII’s successful performance in no way whatsoever predicts what the upcoming performance of my new alert will be like. Past performance never predicts future performance in any way, shape, or form.)

Now this is NOT one of the special gems I just told you I’d been sitting on, waiting to use it as a disaster recovery play.

This is a BRAND NEW one I literally just discovered today. There are many requirements for a stock to be chosen as an alert, and this little beauty just had ALL the wheels turn into the right position TODAY. What are the odds? Small as all hell, but we are quite lucky…that’s all I know.

What’s best of all is the stock has basically NEVER traded before. Yeeeears ago it had some mild activity. But as for the past couple years, there has been basically ZERO activity on the stock.

That means in my personal opinion, basically Monday is like this Company’s IPO Day!!

I don’t know about you, but IPO-style alerts get me pumped! (Oops, bad choice of words)

Of course there are no true IPOs on the OTC stock (penny) markets because most of the companies go public through reverse mergers or other alternatives to traditional IPOs. But when a bunch of newsletters get together to alert a stock that has never traded before, suddenly gets marketed to a TON of new investors and it trades very actively for the first time in its history.

Get this, Monday’s alert even has a virtually identical share pricing structure to XUII’s pre-alert structure, with one major difference, Monday’s alert has an INFINITELY SMALLER Market-cap, and outstanding share count. Yeaaahhhhhhh baaaabbbyyyy!!!!

While I wanted to play it safe and use one of my “Sure Thing” plays I have waiting for a rainy day, when I saw this share structure and heard that there was going to be some Super Sick promo action on it on Monday…I HAD to alert this one.

After a coupe of duds, reeking of a general lack of confidence, I tentatively alerted XUII…only to have it be my biggest winner in weeks. Now after my confidence got whacked again from this last loser, I’m back in a virtually identical situation.

A virtually identical situation in regards to the trading setup, but with a market-cap ONE TENTH the size, and an outstanding share count ONE FIFTH the amount.

Mathematically speaking, my upcoming alert is 5-10x as explosive with profit potential as XUII!

Sit back and watch, or roll the dice and play what I absolutely guarantee WILL be the freshest ticker hitting the market next week.

My New Outrageous *BONUS*”IPO-Style Promo Powered Play be posted at 9:30am EST MONDAY here at this link: http://www.dailypennystocks.com/category/daily-penny-stocks-blog/

www.DailyPennyStocks.com does its best to bring you accurate information but errors may and sometimes do occur. Always do your own research before investing. DailyPennyStocks.com is not a licensed financial advisor. This is a paid advertisement, not a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell securities.

Yikes…that didn’t go too well.

Today’s play did manage to pop 27% very briefly, which was its peak. Then it used that “peak” to jump off of and commit suicide.

Can’t let a loser go by without a lesson. Today’s is…red = dead. If you know the basics, you know it doesn’t matter regarding the size of your loss if a stock closes down 15%, or down 99.9%. Why? Because alerts can only go 3 ways. Big success, break even (or a small move either direction), or big loss.

If the alert is a big success, any rookie can see it. If it’s tinkering around sideways and not clearly a winner or loser yet…that’s the critical time. The time to watch and make sure it doesn’t go red. Once it goes red, the odds of it being a “big success” (in terms of percentage gain at the close) turn extremely small. Then the only two possibilities are “breakeven” or “big loser.”

Who wants to spend all day trading just to break even?

Who wants to risk being exposed to a big loser just for a small amount of upside?

So once you see a stock go red, the whole math behind the risk/reward ratio instantly changes and the trade becomes much less attractive. So at that point, you can possibly get out immediately and take (hopefully) a very small loss. That way at the end of the day…down 15%, down 50%, who cares…you were out when it was down 5%.

Now if you’re one of those traders who does NOT buy at the open, and actually makes your initial buy during a pullback to time the low of the day, that’s a totally different story. I love that strategy. It’s rarely used, and the alert has to go red (loser) to work…but it can be pretty consistent since there is often a big bounce after the sell-off that takes place when everyone follows the “sell when it goes red” strategy at the exact same time. The strategy also has a variation where you buy during a pullback, usually between 9:45 and 11:00am EST, trying to buy at the low and play a bounce….just on a green day instead of a red day. That one can work nicely also at times.

These are all just my personal amateur, unlicensed and biased opinions, which you should not trade based on.

Back to today…

Terribly sorry, I really feel awful about today. Seeing this kinda thing makes me want to quit this business. I hate giving you guys losers. Even though it’s all on you, how you trade it is up to you, and nobody has a gun to your head…I’m the one who brought it to you and hyped it up. At the end of the day it’s my fault.

I wish I could do more, but there’s nothing I can do about this one except apologize and try very hard to bring you something much better for next time.

It got me thinking though, how long has it been since we’ve had a stock crash the day of my alert? A couple of years ago, or even about a year ago, crashes used to be par for the course.

Every 7-10 alerts or so I’d have one HUGE loser. Hence the reason I put that big *** Trade with caution *** warning in every alert I put out, just in case that one is about to be that 1 out of 10 loser. If you follow other newsletters, you’ll see it’s very common with them too. If it used to be 1 out of every 7-10 alerts with me, other newsletters would have 1 big loser out of every 3-5 alerts.

I was pretty happy with my quality even back then.

One thing I did notice was, Good Lord we are having an AMAZING year. I admit it has been slower lately than it has been at other times so far this year, but stock pickers are like basketball players, we run hot and cold. We get on streaks…like my 5 quadruple digit gainers in a row a couple months ago. We can also get on cold streaks, like my back to back “technical difficulty” plays

But those of you who have been with me for a while, please do me a favor and search through your inboxes for my old emails.

I haven’t had an alert close substantially down on the day since December 6, 2012! That alert was actually one that was trading suspiciously at the open after I alerted it, so I emailed out to cancel the alert, which of course caused it to crash. It was green when I emailed out the cancel notice, and even stayed green for a couple hours after I sent it. So that one kinda does/kinda doesn’t count.

What’s interesting is as I was looking for losers on my track record I found one that was only a minor loser but I looked into it anyway since it was the most recent loser before the one that I just mentioned above. I alerted a stock CUAU at 37 cents on October 18th 2012, it opened at 39, hit 45 for a decent but lame gain, and then closed down on the day at 36 for a small loss.

Why am I mentioning this?

(Besides doing my best ‘magician’s trick’ of trying to redirect your attention, away from today’s loser)

Because researching this showed me this CUAU came around this March and was one of the hottest tickers in the market! Somehow I missed seeing it even though it was trading very substantial volume.

CUAU RALLIED FOR FIFTEEN DAYS STRAIGHT!

That’s the longest rally I’ve ever seen, or at least top 10.

CUAU ran from .25 to $1.04 over the course of a 3 week long rally on high volume. What a thing of beauty.

As irrelevant as this is to today’s recap, I have to show you the chart.

The biggest red volume bar in October is when I alerted CUAU.

(Still the biggest volume bar on the chart to this day, baby!!!)

I never advise readers when they email me asking for advice, not because I’m a jerk, but because it’s too risky legally.

But whenever readers ask me if they should hold on to an alert that they bought (sometimes alerted by me, sometimes alerted by some other newsletter) that didn’t work out how they wanted, I always try to drop a subtle hint that my personal opinion about alerts are…if they don’t make the big move when they’re supposed to, they’re probably never going to make that big move at all.

So if it wasn’t a winner the day I alerted it, I feel that’s a bad sign and it’s unlikely to do anything but move sideways or move down for a long time. Possibly forever.

Not only did something that was a dud the day of my alert turn into a winner months down the line, but it had one of the most impressive rallies I have ever seen as far as endurance goes.

CUAU… further proof I absolutely do NOT know everything. That notion was definitely reinforced by today’s alert

Anyway…

Researching further I found the last true losing alert I did that closed down more than 10% was on October 2nd, over SEVEN months ago!

Wow!!!

I am 100% shocked by that. I know we’ve been doing very well, despite today’s loser and the other recent so-so plays. But I can’t believe we haven’t had a real “WIPEOUT” style loser in 7 freakin’ months!!!

(GNGR, an enormous POS, was the loser in case any of you were wondering)

So in the end, if you zoom out and look at the big overall picture, together you and I have been so incredibly fortunate to have so many winners and much more amazingly, so few big losers. I hate to say this and it may sound insensitive but in reality we are LONG overdue for a big loser. I mean really long. If we were any more overdue, library cop Detective Bookman would hunt us down. In truth, I have to say today made me feel pretty grateful at how blessed we’ve been for so amazingly long.

You know what, remember when I made that $10,000 donation to the Sandy Hook Family Fund for Christmas?

Hmm…my last losers were in October. Donation was in December. The forces of karma at work? Some call me Darth or Psycho, but could it be that…My Name is Earl?? ;P

Anyway, I know talking about how great my overall track record won’t put the money back in your accounts if you lost today. It won’t erase the bags from under your eyes if you woke up early to trade it, only to end up losing. Again, I greatly apologize for today’s disappointment. I will try very hard to make sure the next one is the “make up play” I virtually always deliver.

Since we haven’t had any bad losers it’s been a long time. But typically when I have a bad loser or two, I give a make up play, which are often very VERY big.

I already have a handful of gems I’ve been saving to use in case of emergency. In case I gave you guys a real stinker and needed a possible quadruple digit gainer to make up for it. I also scanned the entire market today in case any companies happened to have their share prices tank and their market-caps shrunk down to the level I like. I’m sitting on a whole hand of Aces, but I’m also searching the deck for the freshest of the fresh trading setups.

I won’t be back until I’ve got something that will put me back in your good graces. Sit tight, I promise all will be made right in the world very soon.

Until then,
